Aromas of fresh lime, dill and black currant in the nose lead to a bright, yet subtly oily-textured palate featuring diverse herbs and tart citrus, as well as salty, chalky notes that turn up prominently in an invigorating finish. This lovely wine combines minerality with the distinctive elderflower aromas of the Sauvignon Blanc grape and has a bit more weight and charm than most. Winemaking in stainless steel vats with temperature control. 10% of the volume is raised in oak for 5 months, then blended with wine from the tanks for bottling.
