This innovative wine, with twelve years in the making, is a blend of 10 vintages from 2006 to 2018 The luscious aged complexity from the older vintages is lifted by the intense primary fruit from the younger ones The individual parcels knit together, removing vintage variation, and amplifying the Shiraz characteristics to create a unique and true varietal expression This first cuvee in 2019 is stunning to drink now, but will continue to age beautifully for many years This is the purest expression of Shiraz from Rojomomas single vineyard in Ebenezer, Barossa Valley They have designed and created their own labels, printing each one on delicate photographic Japanese rice paper then signing, numbering and hand applying to the bottle
