The French Collection exhibits the unique in�uence imparted by different types of French Wine & Spirits casks in an exceptional showcase. The whisky, distilled in 2008, was laid down in traditional Scotch Whisky oak casks prior to being moved into Monbazillac, Sauternes, Rivesaltes and Cognac casks for its �nal maturation resulting in a magnificent collection.
Distilled on 19th September 2008, this whisky marries Tomatins characteristic fresh fruit notes incredibly well with the sweet nutty flavours for which Rivesaltes wine is known. Contrasting sweet and bitter flavours dominate the palate, held together by an underlying barley aroma. The finish is velvety with the flavours from the palate lingering for some time.Our standard delivery service is between 2-7 days (Monday to Friday) to most UK addresses, when you order before 3pm.
