Vincent Careme, in the Loire region produces this lovely sparkling Vouvray brut bio organic wine from Chenin grapes with very small and delicate bubbles, no added sugars, and flavours of citrus fruit, peach and some exotic fruits. Perfect for aperitive or dessert. The residual sugar is very low making it a fresh and dry sparkling wine to be enjoyed with the little canapés before dinner.
