Brilliant pale lemon. The aromatics unfold with bright lemon zest and white blossom, and a mineral backbone. The palate is fresh and vibrant with a bright minerality and delicate biscuity texture. Succulent and salivating, opening up to frangipani, honeysuckle and lemon pie. Medium bodied with firm acidity and beautiful fruit purity, finishing with poise and clarity. All fruit is hand picked and whole bunch pressed with 25% new French oak barriques.
