Firriato's Altavilla della Corte Grillo Sicilia from Sicily presents a brilliant pale yellow color in the wine glass. The first nose shows nuances of gooseberries, apples and pink grapefruit. The fruity aspects of the bouquet are joined by black tea, gingerbread spice and forest floor.
On the palate, starts wonderfully aromatic, fruit-driven and balanced. On the palate, the texture of this light-bodied white wine presents itself wonderfully crisp and dense. Due to its lively fruit acidity, it reveals itself to be fantastically fresh and lively on the palate. Vinification of the Altavilla della Corte Grillo Sicilia by Firriato
This elegant white wine from Italy is made from the Grillo grape variety. After the grape harvest, the grapes are immediately taken to the press house. Here they are selected and carefully broken up. Fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Fermentation is followed by aging on the fine lees for several months before the wine is finally bottled.
