Very complex nose, intense fruity scents reminiscent of pear,
peach, followed by floral hints of acacia, orange blossom and honey. Overall it is very reminiscent of a cross between the finest Sancerre and Riesling. Dry and complex taste, pleasingly fresh and very persistent. Timorasso is an ancient Piemontese grape variety that was on the verge of extinction in the 1980s. It carefully revived and now the yellow-green-skinned Timorasso has enjoyed a resurgence. Vineyards situated exclusively in the commune of Momberone. Matured in new French acacia barrels of 500 ltrs, light toast for a 6 months period.
